Terms of Service

The current terms and notices governing Synara and the services made available through synara.co.uk.

Important: These Terms are the contract for using Synara. They cover the website, account, AI features, Roblox Studio integration, free usage, paid subscriptions, generated output, support and related services. By creating an account, using the service, or completing the acceptance flow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Synara.

1. Who these Terms are with

These Terms are between you and the operator of the Synara service, referred to as “Synara”, “we”, “us” or “our”. Synara is presented online at synara.co.uk. The support contact for contractual and service questions is support@synara.co.uk.

“You” means the individual who uses Synara or, where you use it on behalf of a company, studio, team or other organisation, that organisation. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

These Terms are written for a software service used by Roblox creators. They do not transfer ownership of your Roblox experience, assets or account to Synara.

2. What Synara is

Synara is an AI-assisted development service for Roblox creators. The service can accept natural-language requests, inspect information made available from a connected Roblox Studio plugin, prepare structured tasks, produce or modify Luau source, suggest configuration values, and send approved work to the connected Studio environment.

Features can include account services, email verification, a web dashboard, conversations, live Studio searching, task previews, task approval, asset analysis, code generation, generated Roblox objects or properties, session connectivity, free credits and an optional paid Pro subscription.

Features may change, be removed, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable. Synara does not promise that any particular feature, model, Roblox class, Studio API, plugin version, plan or integration will remain available forever.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in the place where you live. You must also comply with Roblox's rules, the rules that apply to your own game or team, and any other agreements that govern the content or systems you connect to Synara.

You may only connect a Roblox project, Studio session, account, place, source tree or other environment that you are permitted to access and modify. You must not use Synara to bypass permissions or to make changes you are not authorised to make.

If you are under an age at which you can lawfully consent to the processing or contract in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian may need to make the decision for you. Synara does not knowingly invite children to provide information beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

4. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account. One-time verification codes, account credentials, recovery mechanisms and session identifiers must be treated as confidential.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access and we have a reasonable opportunity to respond. Do not share your account, verification codes or dashboard session identifiers with other people unless you understand the security consequences and are authorised to do so.

We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, security compromise, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, payment abuse, attempts to defeat usage controls, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

5. Roblox Studio connection

The Studio integration requires a separate Synara Roblox Studio plugin or another connector that we make available. The connector can transmit structured information about your Studio environment to the Synara service and can receive tasks for execution in Studio.

When the product supports approval before execution, a task is intended to remain pending until the appropriate approval action occurs. This does not mean every generated task is safe or correct. You remain responsible for reviewing the task, understanding its effect, maintaining backups, and deciding whether the change should be applied.

Never assume that a plugin connection is a security boundary. A connected Studio session has the practical ability to read and modify the project data that the integration exposes. You should only connect projects you are comfortable sharing with the service and its processors described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI output and generated code

Synara uses machine-generated output. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, insecure, outdated, overly broad, or contextually inappropriate results. A generated answer can sound confident while still being wrong.

Generated Luau is not guaranteed to compile. Generated instances, properties, UI hierarchies, particle systems, beams, trails, lights, constraints, animations, pathfinding systems, remote-event flows, DataStore logic or other Roblox functionality may require changes before they work correctly in your place.

Synara can be wrong about the identity of an object, the scope of a requested edit, the assumptions in your prompt, the Roblox API surface, or the relationship between objects. Live-game search and target verification reduce some failure modes but do not eliminate them.

You are responsible for testing generated output in an appropriate environment, using backups or version control where practical, checking security-sensitive code, checking monetisation logic, checking permissions, and reviewing any operation before publishing it to players.

Nothing produced by Synara is professional legal, financial, security, safety or other regulated professional advice. Code involving payments, authentication, moderation, personal data, competitive games, commerce, communications, or player safety deserves additional human review.

7. Your prompts and project content

You decide what content you submit to Synara. You should not submit secrets, credentials, payment-card information, private keys, access tokens, passwords, recovery codes, or other sensitive information unless the feature explicitly requires it and you are legally entitled to submit it.

Project information may include object names, hierarchy paths, class names, source code, property values, plugin state, session metadata and other development information. You confirm that you have the right to provide that material for processing for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for your prompts and the material you provide. Synara does not grant you permission to use third-party content merely because the service can process it.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Synara to violate law, third-party rights, Roblox rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, security controls or these Terms.

You must not use Synara to attack, disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass authentication, defeat rate limits, interfere with service availability, or gain unauthorised access to accounts, projects or infrastructure. You must not use automated processes to create unreasonable load or to evade usage controls.

You must not attempt to extract private prompts, other users' account data, credentials, payment information, unpublished service secrets, internal administration data, API keys, or other confidential information.

You must not use Synara to facilitate malware, credential theft, destructive compromise, fraudulent activity, harassment, illegal exploitation, or other harmful conduct. You are responsible for the downstream use of code or content that you request.

9. Intellectual property

You retain your rights in content that you already own and lawfully provide to Synara. Synara does not claim ownership of your Roblox experience simply because you use the service.

Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, you may use output generated for you as part of your project. Because AI output can overlap with material produced for other users or with public examples, Synara does not promise that a generated result is unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party rights.

Synara's software, website, branding, interface, documentation, underlying systems and service components remain owned by Synara or its licensors. Except where law says otherwise, you may not copy, resell, distribute, scrape, sublicense or create a competing service from those materials.

10. Third-party services

Synara relies on third-party infrastructure and processors, which can include hosting and storage providers, payment providers, email delivery providers, AI model providers, analytics or security providers, and the Roblox platform. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to the services they provide.

Synara does not control Roblox's platform, APIs, moderation decisions, account policies, Studio behaviour, marketplace availability or future compatibility. A change made by Roblox can therefore affect the operation of Synara without Synara being able to prevent it.

11. Free usage and credits

Some Synara accounts receive a free usage allowance represented by credits or another meter. The exact amount, reset timing, model access, or eligibility can change. Unless the dashboard expressly states otherwise, unused free allowance has no cash value, is not a deposit, and cannot be sold or transferred.

We may correct credit balances where there has been an obvious error, fraud, abuse, billing problem, or technical fault. We may impose reasonable limits to protect service capacity and reliability.

12. Pro subscription

Synara may offer Pro as a recurring subscription. The checkout page displays the current price and billing interval before you complete payment. The subscription renews according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Synara does not intentionally store your full payment-card number in its own application database. Stripe may process payment credentials and billing information under Stripe's own terms and privacy documentation.

Your subscription status, relevant Stripe identifiers and payment state may be stored by Synara so that the dashboard can display your plan and provide the subscribed features.

You can cancel through the billing controls provided by Synara or Stripe. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, subject to any rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

13. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that you have under applicable consumer law. If mandatory consumer protection law gives you a right to cancel, obtain a refund, receive a repair or replacement, or challenge an unfair term, that law continues to apply.

We aim for these Terms to be fair and transparent. Where a particular clause would be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that clause will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms will continue.

14. Cancellation and termination

You can stop using Synara at any time. You can request account deletion through support, subject to information that we must retain for security, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, payment systems, the Roblox ecosystem or our legal rights. Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a breach, but we do not guarantee advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Termination does not erase provisions that are intended to continue, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations already incurred, limitations of liability, disputes, privacy, and interpretation.

15. Service availability and changes

Synara is provided on an evolving basis. We may deploy updates, maintenance, fixes, compatibility changes, new models, different limits, or security controls. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, infrastructure failure, model-provider failure, network issues, Roblox changes, attacks, or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed response time, a fixed AI model, or that every prompt will produce a result.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synara is provided without guarantees that it will be error-free, continuously available, fit for every purpose, or capable of producing a particular technical or commercial outcome.

We do not warrant that generated code is secure, compatible with every Roblox Studio release, compliant with every third-party policy, or suitable for production use without testing.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or statutory right that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability in relation to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid to Synara for the affected service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate Synara for reasonable losses, claims and costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your use of Synara to infringe another person's rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Synara's own unlawful conduct.

19. Security and responsible disclosure

Do not attempt to access production systems beyond the interfaces intentionally exposed by Synara. Do not test or exploit a vulnerability in a way that could harm users or availability. If you believe you have found a security issue, contact support@synara.co.uk with enough information for us to investigate.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security improvements or new features. The effective date is shown at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects an existing user relationship and the law requires notice or fresh consent, we will take the appropriate step.

Your continued use after a change takes effect can constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Where Synara requires a fresh legal acceptance before you can use the dashboard, the service will record the version you accepted.

21. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local consumer law gives you stronger rights, these Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights you have as a consumer in your home country.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue. This does not prevent you from using a statutory complaint, consumer-redress or dispute-resolution route where the law gives you that right.

22. General terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy as applicable to your use, form the agreement between you and Synara regarding the service. If we do not immediately enforce a term, that does not mean we waive it. If part of the agreement is invalid, the remainder continues.

You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms to another person without our consent, except where applicable law allows it. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganisation, merger, sale, financing or transfer of the service, provided that applicable law continues to protect your rights.

23. Contact

For support, contractual questions, billing issues, privacy questions or legal notices, email support@synara.co.uk. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or issue, but do not send passwords, card numbers, API keys or other secrets.

By using Synara, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand the service is AI-assisted, understand that generated changes require your judgment and testing, and agree to be bound by this agreement to the extent permitted by law.
